Thermal Oil, Glycol, Gas and Water Applications

Intec can provide a thermal fluid heater from .5 MMBtu/hr up to 85 MMBtu/hr. Heaters can be designed in the vertical upfire or downfire arrangement or horizontal.  Standard and most efficient design utilizes the three pass design with an inner and outer coil, which also greatly reduces footprint on the horizontal orientation. Shown here is our vertical upfire thermal oil heater with air preheater for maximum efficiency. Electric thermal oil heaters are also available.

Thermal fluid heaters are used in the oil and gas industry, petrochemical, manufacturing, asphalt, cooking, chemical and other industries. Glycol heaters are used for building heat and processes that require lower temperatures. Electric heaters are also available for smaller applications or when natural gas or other fuel is not available.
